A way to bridge the gap? An analysis of the policy-academic relationship at the NATO Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence

We examine the nature and processes of the academic-policy relationship at the CoEs by focusing on a case study of one of the NATO Centres of Excellence – the NATO Strategic Communications CoE in Latvia.

The case study explores practices of knowledge engagement in one of the 30 NATO CoEs, tracing the overall academic-policy relationship over time, as well as the extent to which Danish and Norwegian scholars and experts interact with and contributes to knowledge production at the CoE.
